What Hammersmith and Fulham Council does about pests in Fulham
Hammersmith and Fulham Council runs its own pest team and treats private homes for a fee. Its council tenants do not pay for most treatments, though they are charged for fleas, moths and carpet beetles.
For private households, the bed bug charge on the council's prices page, as listed in October 2026, is £312 for two visits covering two bedrooms, with £26 for each extra room and £156 for each extra visit, paid at booking.
The council also asks for seven days' notice to cancel and does not refund a visit where it finds it cannot treat.
Its rat and mouse fees are another matter: the figures we have seen disagree with each other, so check the council's prices page for the current rodent charge before you book.

Why Fulham gets mice, rats and bed bugs
