What Ealing Council does about pests in Acton
Ealing Council's position is hard to pin down. When its pages were checked in October 2026, one described a team treating privately owned homes and homes rented from the council, while another said the council no longer provides pest control to individual council-owned households.
That second page says vulnerable households, referred through a housing officer, and communal areas still get treatment for rats and mice, cockroaches and bed bugs.
