They inspected the property did the treatment same day. They submitted detailed inspection report for compliance came for next visit and did the proofing work to close entry points. The technician was very helpful and going through everything with me on the day too before the treatment started as i was very nervous. They had also explained how to maintain the property once the treatment was carried out. They had also emailed me all the details on the treatment before hand with all the methods that would be used and a full report was sent to me after the treatment. Pest Stop carried out an initial inspection and explained the mice were bait-shy, which is why previous traps didn’t work. The technician tracked the activity, explained the treatment clearly, and gave advice on prevention. We’ve now booked them to seal the entry points to stop the mice getting in. Professional and helpful service.

How much does pest control cost?+
Different pests need different treatments, so price follows the plan. We explain the standard treatment for your issue over the phone and give you a ballpark figure, then confirm a fixed price after the inspection survey, which is free. No hidden callout fees.
How soon can you treat?+
We hold same-day emergency slots Monday to Saturday. Call before midday and we can usually attend the same afternoon.
Is there any guarantee?+
Yes — every treatment is covered by a written guarantee. If the treated pest returns inside the warranty period we return and re-treat at no cost. Bed bug and rodent plans carry our longest cover.
Will I need repeat treatments?+
Some pests are cleared in one visit; bed bugs, cockroaches and established rodent infestations normally need a planned course of two or three visits. We tell you how many before you book, not afterwards.
What treatment will actually be done?+
After the inspection the technician walks you through the exact method — dry steam, residual spray, gel bait, trapping or proofing — the products used, and the safety precautions for children and pets.
What preparation is required from me?+
You'll get a written prep list before the visit. For bed bugs that usually means bagged bedding, laundered textiles and clear access around beds and skirting; for rodents, clear access to lofts, cupboards and under units.
Are your treatments safe around children and pets?+
Yes. Professional products applied to label, tamper-resistant bait stations where needed, and clear re-entry timings briefed before we leave.
